Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, November 10 and Thursday, November 17. Conferences on both evenings will be held during after school hours. This year Seneca East will use a new, online system to schedule conferences for Grades PreK - 6. A text and email will be sent out to parents on Monday, October 24. That message will include a link for parents to open and schedule conferences. Please note that only one conference time is to be scheduled for each child. Basketball Practice Announcements:
High School girls basketball practice will start Monday at 5:30 pm until 7 pm. Tuesday practice will be 3:15 -5 pm. JH girls practice will start Monday after school from 3:15-5 pm. If you have any questions please let Coach Parks know. Also, there will be an organizational meeting this Friday for any JH boy interested in playing basketball this winter sports season. The meeting will take place during 5B study hall in the computer lab next to the small gym. If you are unable to attend, please see Mr. Mason. Practice will begin next Monday, Oct. 24 from 4:45 - 6:15 pm.

Our varsity football team plays at Carey this Friday. Their school has gone cashless so all tickets need to be purchased online. Please read the following directions on how to purchase tickets: https://5il.co/1jikj
This coming Thursday, we will be hosting our varsity volleyball team's Sectional championship game versus South Central. The game starts at 6:00 pm. There will be no cash tickets sales at the door. All tickets must be purchased online ($8.00 for adults and $6.00 for students). Those 5 years old or younger get in free. Also, Seneca East senior citizen passes and family passes will not be accepted for admittance since it is an OHSAA tournament game.

Seneca East PTO apparel orders will be delivered to our school tomorrow. Those items will then be distributed to classrooms so students can take them home in the afternoon. Innovations Portrait Studio will be back in our school for Fall Picture Retakes on Thursday, October 20. All students who were absent or not yet SE students on the original picture date in September will have their pictures taken. For parents wishing to have a student's picture retaken, the entire picture package originally purchased must be returned to school on or before October 20. There will be no additional form for parents to complete. The picture package for retakes will remain the same as the one originally purchased. Parents are asked to contact Innovations at 419-855-7116 if there are questions about Picture Retake Day.
