Jeff Orlowski, an Ohio author, will be at Seneca East on Wednesday, March 29th. He is the author of Avery Green and the Spirits of Dreams and Avery Green and the Secrets of the Glowing Forest. His books are currently listed in the top 50 Children's and Adventure Books on Amazon's Hot New Releases. Order his books in advance to be able to have them signed on the day of the author visit. Spring pictures will be taken on March 9th for elementary, middle school, and high school students! The pictures are optional and forms went home with all elementary students. Middle school and high school students can pick up forms in the office. Innovations Portrait Studio (419-855-7116) will be taking the pictures that day.

The 3rd payment for the Senior Trip is scheduled for Friday, February 17th . However, since we do not have school on 2/17 and 2/20, the 3rd payment can be turned in on 2/21 or turned in early at anytime during the remainder of this school week. Thanks!

It is time to round up our newest Seneca East "Tigers" and get them enrolled in school. Kindergarten Registration packets are now available in the school office and on the district website. Please fill out and return the required paperwork by Wednesday, April 5, 2023. Along with the registration paperwork, parents need to provide Seneca East with the following: (1) Government Issued Birth Certificate; (2) Up-to-date Immunization Records;
(3) Proof of Residency; and (4) Custody Paperwork, if applicable, as provided by the court. NOTE: A child must be five years old on or before August 1, 2023 to be eligible for entrance into kindergarten. Kindergarten Screenings will then be held on Thursday, May 18 and Friday, May 19. Parents may sign up for screening times after all required forms and documents are turned in to the school office. A parent meeting will also be held at 6:00 PM on Thursday, April 13 for any parents who have questions about kindergarten enrollment and/or screening.
