Congratulations to Jolie Schimpf, Seneca East Elementary 5th grader, on her winning artwork for the 2020 OSS Solid Waste District Billboard Contest. Jolie and students from surrounding counties designed posters with a recycling or letter prevention theme, and Jolie was one of three winners from Seneca County. Jolie’s design was posted on a billboard in April, and she is shown in this picture with a replica mini billboard featuring her artwork. “GO GREEN - MAKE OUR EARTH CLEAN”
