Kindergarten Registration packets are available in the school office and may also be downloaded from the district website. Please fill out and return registration paperwork by Wednesday, April 6. Along with registration forms, parents must also provide the school with (1) copy of birth certificate and social security card, (2) immunization records, and (3) custody documents, if applicable. Note: A Parent Meeting will be held on April 6 at 6:00 PM in the school auditeria for those who still need to turn in paperwork and/or have questions about Kindergarten registration and screening procedures. On April 12, the Huron County Health Department will be offering the required immunizations to any student who will be in the 7th or 12th grade in the fall. This will take place during 5A and 5B. All paperwork needs to be turned in by April 1st.
