We would like to remind families that students need to be dropped off at the front doors in the morning. Adults should not be entering the building. Should you need to visit a classroom or a person in the building, permission must be obtained prior to your visit through the front office by phone or in person. We enjoy your involvement in your child's education, but need to be aware of who is in the building at all times.

Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences
We will be conducting fall parent-teacher conferences for Seneca East Elementary students on Thursday, November 6, 2025 and Wednesday, November 12, 2025. This year, conferences will be scheduled online by the parent. This allows you to choose the best date and time for you. You can also schedule multiple conferences at one time via this site.
To schedule your child’s conference, follow the steps below:
Go to www.myconferencetime.com/seelementary/
Click on your child’s teacher’s name
Select your desired date/time by clicking on “Sign Up.”
Submit the requested information.
To schedule multiple children’s conferences, follow the steps below:
Go to www.myconferencetime.com/seelementary/
Click on the “Sign Up for Multiple Conferences” link.
Enter the number of students who will be registering for conferences.
Enter each child’s first and last name as well as any other information requested by the school.
Check the boxes for the teacher or teachers with whom you would like to meet.
When you have finished selecting the necessary teachers, click on the button that says “Find Schedules with Common Dates.” The next screen shows the available dates.
Select the desired date. Using the chart, check the name of the student and the desired time for each teacher, then click on “Sign Up for Selected Conferences.” The next webpage confirms that you now have the requested date/time reserved for your parent-teacher conferences.
If you entered your email address correctly, you will soon receive a confirmation email as well. If you are unable to sign up for a date and time online, please send a note with three preferred times and dates to your child’s teacher. Once we receive your note, we will attempt to schedule a conference for your desired date and time but cannot guarantee your top choices as time slots fill up quickly.
