Attention Parents with Students Entering the 7th or 12th Grade During the 2024-2025 School Year:
The State of Ohio requires 7th grade students to have Dtap and meningitis vaccines and 12th grade students to have the meningitis vaccine before the beginning of the school year in the fall. The Huron County Health Department will be offering an immunization clinic at Seneca East on Tuesday, May 7th, during the school day. If you are interested in taking advantage of this clinic, please complete the attached consent forms, make a copy of the parent's photo ID and the student's insurance card and return them to the school no later than Monday, April 29th.
