Seneca East students recently participated in the kick-off event of the Creating Entrepreneurial Opportunities (CEO) program. The program is designed for seniors at all Seneca County schools and challenges students to present their best ideas — Shark Tank-style — to a panel of judges.
The program helps students prepare for life beyond high school in the following ways:
Develops soft skills such as communication, presentation, decision making and leadership skills.
Connects students with local business leaders, creating opportunities to retain young people in Seneca County.
Provides real-world experiences outside of the classroom.
We can’t wait to see what innovative ideas our students will come up with this year!
