SENECA EAST LOCAL SCHOOLS

Health Partners of Western Ohio will be at SE on March 7-11.  On the first day, the dentist will complete oral health exams for all students enrolled.  A Registered Dental Hygienist will return each day to complete preventative care and education.  All follow up care needed can be scheduled and completed in their dental office in Tiffin.  Please complete the attached consent form and return it to the school by January 7th to take part in this great service offered at SE.  If you have any questions, you can call Mrs. Ferres, RN--health nurse--at 419-426-1866 or email aferres@se-tigers.com.
