On Friday, May 15th, during the school day the Huron County Health department will be here to administer Ohio Law required immunizations to students going into the 7th and 12th grade next school year 2026-2027. Consent forms are now available on the SE website under school nurse. Please complete all pages and submit along with a copy of the front and back of the student's insurance card to Mrs. Ferres, RN Health Nurse by May 8th.
