Again this year Seneca East will be offering FREE sports physicals for students in the 6th-11th grade on May 2nd and 3rd during the school day. These will be provided by a nurse practitioner and they will complete the OHSAA 2024-2025 physical form required to play sports. Students/parents who want to take advantage of this opportunity MUST complete and sign ALL areas of the attached form (also available on the SE website under NURSE) and turn into Mrs. Ferres, RN by April 29th.
