ALL students entering 7th-12th grades this fall are required to have immunizations. The Huron County Health Department will be here on Wednesday, May 12, during the school day to administer these required immunizations. If you are interested in having these completed at school, please complete all attached paperwork along with a copy of the front and back of the student's insurance card and return to school by Wednesday, May 5th, so the health department can process and verify insurance. This is a great service that the health department provides for our school and saves you time.
